  1. Business Strategy
    Modern strategy for the top businesses of tomorrow. Is your strategy still mostly on paper? Just a more confusing version of your business plan? Sitting on a shelf? Someone else's problem? Sounds like its time to upgrade. If you are operating without a strategy or with one that is not integrated and adaptive you're losing opportunities.
  2. Process and Systems
    Does the sounds of systems and process scare you? Has someone tried this before only to create busy work? While there is no one right way to implement systems and processes there are certainly wrong ways. What is the difference between consulting and coaching? 
There is a lot of overlap. A good consultant is both a coach and an adivor, someone who asks good questions and then also gives their suggestions when needed. 

I offer coaching to entrepreneurs, artists, and startups as they are all just trying to clear the BS and get to the work that needs to be done to accomplish the things that they want to do.
